Blake Hoffman
Gym Owner, Coach, Athlete

With over 17 years of experience in the gym and athletics, He has dedicated his life to building strength, grit, and performance, both in and out of uniform. As a Shaw Classic Finalist and seasoned strongman, he’s trained and competed alongside some of the strongest athletes in the world, including those in the enhanced space.
From strength sports to general fitness, he’s got you covered, including dialing in your nutrition. Whether you need help fueling for competition, cutting weight, or just cleaning things up, he provides practical nutrition support tailored to your goals and lifestyle.

Wesley Cravy

Owner of West Coast Weightlifting, Wes has nearly two decades of coaching experience and has worked with hundreds of athletes both in person and virtually. He is a true coach in every sense. From competition prep and sport psychology to fundamental and advanced technique development, he is a master teacher. From youth and high school athletes to Olympic-level and masters competitors, Wes has the experience and ability to help athletes of all levels reach their goals.

Shane Green

An internationally recognized strength coach and Owner of SGS Coaching. He’s coached athletes to the World’s Strongest Man, SCL victories, national titles, and state records in both powerlifting and strongman. Whether it’s someone preparing for their first contest or chasing the podium at the professional level, Shane’s coaching brings out the best in every athlete. With a foundation in the history of strength sports and a reputation for technical precision, his approach blends old-school grit with modern programming to help lifters perform at their peak.

With well over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, she has the knowledge and expertise to help people of all skill levels. She is also highly experienced in helping clients dial in their micronutrients and macronutrients. Whatever your nutrition or fitness goals may be, you’re in great hands with Emily.

From head to toe, if you’ve been beat up from training, she can help. Whether it’s locked-up shoulders or limited ankle mobility, she has the knowledge and experience to get you feeling and moving better. Darci is also an Olympic level weightlifter whose totals rival those of world class athletes.
